Hi Donna.
Your message was flagged as spam until the team just reviewed this and brought to my attention.
Regarding your question: Oil would offer the best absorption but the effect may take the longest to feel. The cream has a faster effect. Any edible or product that is swallowed and digested will offer a lower amount *actually* absorbed by the body and used. This is because everything that goes into the stomach and intestines are greeted by the liver and much is processed out there before realizing the full benefit. That process is by-passed using the oil under the tongue.
Feel free to reach out to me directly for any other questions at matthew@wp.fuse-health.com.

Best,
Matt

I have tried several different brands . Still searching . Is testing reports available and what is absorption percentage for different products ?
